I would've tighten up a lot more on this photo and used an editing program to brighten it up some. It appears there are shadows, but you can alter the image for more true, brighter colors. Without knowing exactly what it is, it's hard to know what angle it could have been shot from. Maybe from up high looking down... but, me, personally, I would've gotten in a lot tighter so most of the focus is on the shoes and socks. That's what makes this photo whimsical. What is it by the way?!?
Yes, I like it a lot more now! Having it vertical frames out the legs and feet more since they're of a vertical nature. I can tell you enhanced the color too. Much more interesting. How fun!
